How to send mobile load from Oman to Philippines

Things are getting complicated around the world because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even the basic and necessary things in life are becoming difficult to have such as prepaid balance or simply we call it in the Philippines as “load” or mobile credit.

Send prepaid credit to your family and friends back home or recharge your own local number before you travel. If you have visitors, you can also use this very convenient service to recharge their mobile numbers in just seconds.

International credit transfer is a great service that can be used by all customers. Mousbak (prepaid) customers simply need enough credit on their account to cover the transfer and both Shahry (postpaid) and Mousbak customers may conveniently send up to a maximum of RO 30 in any one month.

How to use

Transfer credit to your loved ones living abroad

Don’t let distance stop your family and friends from getting in contact with you

Stay connected to your friends and family abroad and send prepaid credit directly to almost any prepaid mobile phone account. International Credit Transfer can be used by all Ooredoo customers as long as the necessary funds are available to send. The monthly credit limit to be transferred is RO 30.

  1. Dial *222#
  2. Select language
  3. Select International Credit Transfer
  4. Select Save number (you will be able to save a maximum of five numbers by assigning a key for each from (a-e)
  5. Enter the key and then the international number. For example: a 00123456789 and click on replay. Your number is now saved
  6. If you would like to replace the number you just follow the same steps using the same key to replace the saved number

To send recharge to the saved number you just need to add the key which is saved in the service phone book by selecting option one.

How to use the service:

  1. Go to the menu on left hand side.
  2. Scroll to Financial Services.
  3. Click on International Credit Transfer.

You can transfer to the following networks:

  • Globe
  • Touch Mobile
  • Sun Cellular
  • Smart
  • Talk N Text

How to use

Simply dial *404# or send SMS on 90020 with your desire number with international code and follow the instructions:

Example:- USSD base

Step 1: *404#
Step 2: Enter desire mobile number with (+, 00) country code.
Step 3: Enter your desire amount (OMR) which you wish to send.
Step 4: Confirmation received with the amount which will be transferred to receiver country phone.
Step 5: Successful message confirming the transaction.
Example:- SMS base

Step 1: Send message on 90020 with desire mobile number with (+, 00) country code.
Step 2: Enter your desire amount (OMR) which you wish to send.
Step 3: Confirmation received with the amount which will be transferred to receiver country phone.
Step 4: Successful message confirming the transaction.
Tariff

The service has no subscription fee or additional charge. Only the requested amount will be deducted.
Note:

The maximum limit to send credit in a month is 25 OMR.
Some countries does not support flexible credit transfer, therefore instead you may receive a list of fixed denomination from which you can choose to send.

Friendi

Send credit as a gift to your family and friends outside Oman with FRiENDi mobile’s International Credit Transfer service.




To start transferring international credit dial *222# and follow these steps:

  • Enter the international phone number with the country code (example: 00911412680011)
  • Select the amount that you would like to transfer.
  • An SMS confirmation will be sent to you and the receiver.
