How to set a passport appointment in Oman

Finally, it has been announced. As promised that a new passport appointment system will be launched and new appointment schedules will be made available.

Luckily, I got a spot on the earliest date available. So I will be renewing my passport soon.

To book an appointment, visit https://www.passport.gov.ph/ which is a global appointment system by DFA.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit the Global Online Appointment System via https://www.passport.gov.ph/
  2. Click the “Schedule an Appointment”
  3. Select between an Individual or Group appointment
  4. Choose the site from the dropdown where you want to book your appointment (Region: Middle East/Africa, Countru: Oman, Site: PE Muscat)
  5. The earliest available slot available for booking shall be displayed on the system
  6. Select the date and time of your choice
  7. Provide your Personal, Family, Application, and Contact Information
  8. Review all the entries before submitting
  9. A provisional email shall be sent to your email address to confirm your booking: Follow the instructions stated in the Provisional email. Click to confirm
  10. A confirmation email shall be sent to your registered email address
  11. Print the application form from the confirmation email
  12. That’s it! Proceed to your chosen site and appointment schedule
