Electronic Case Investigation Form for Arriving Passengers at NAIA

The public is advised that inbound passengers arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport are required to submit a properly completed Case Investigation Form (CIF) for COVID-19.

All arriving passengers are requested to have this form ready and completed prior to arrival in NAIA, for convenience and smoother arrival procedures.

1. Bakit kailangan i-fill-up ang e-CIF?

Ito ay para masigurado na ang sinumang galing sa ibang bansa at papasok sa Pilipinas ay dadaan sa pagsusuri para sa covid-19 upang lalong maagapan ang paglaganap ng nasabing sakit sa ating bansa.

Why does e-CIF need to be filled up?

This form is to minimize the spread of COVID-19 into the Philippines through our ports of entry, It also ensures that anyone arriving into the country will be tested for COVID-19.



2. Kailan dapat i- fill-up ang e-CIF?

Ito ay kailangang sagutan bago dumating sa immigration. Tatlong (3) araw bago ang iyong pagdating sa Pilipinas maaari na itong masagutan sa e-cif.redcross.com.ph

By when does e-CIF need to be filled up?

The e-CIF must be filled up prior to immigration. It is best to be filled up prior to arrival in the Philippines, and it can be completed 3 days prior to arrival in the Philippines.

3. Sino-sino ang obligadong i-fill-up ang e-CIF?

Ang sinumang papasok sa Pilipinas, galing sa ibang bansa ay obligadong i-fill-up ito.

Who needs to fill it up?

Any individual who is traveling to the Philippines is required to fill-up the form.

4. Ano ang mangyayari kung dumating ako ng hindi pa nasasagotan ang e-CIF?

Tatagal at hahaba ang proseso ng immigration para sa iyo. Kakailanganin mo pa rin itong sagotan at isumite online bago ka maaring dumiretso sa immigration.Those who have not accomplished the form will be required to fill in and submit their form electronically before they can proceed for immigration clearance.

What will happen if I don’t fill-up the form?

This will unnecessarily delay their immigration clearance. If left unaccomplished, the traveler will be unable to go pass through immigration.
