Watch: Videos of flooded areas in Muscat due to Cyclone Shaheen

The direct effect of Cyclone Shaheen has been experienced in the governorates of Muscat and South Al Batinah, accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds, and upcoming effects on the governorates of North Al Batinah, Al Dhahirah, Al Buraimi and Al Dakhiliyah,” The National Multi-Hazard Early Warning Center said in the fourth warning.
