Taste of Korea – Amazing Chicken

Your food bucket list is not yet complete unless you have tasted Korean food in Oman.

If you’re in Muscat and crave some authentic Korean food then head right over without a doubt in mind to Amazing Chicken.

Korean restaurant in Oman is somewhat hard to find but you can easily spot in Google maps. The place is tucked in a small corner in Ghubra where no one will expect to find a good restaurant. The food was really great and suits my taste buds for Asian Food being native Asian. Food is authentic and good service.

I am not such a fan of Korean food. But since the millennials particularly my daughter is influenced by those K-Pop and even their food preference have passed on to them, then I need to at least adjust and try Kimchi!

Nevertheless, once you’re inside, there’s no way to tell that you’re still in Muscat, the decor inside is tasteful and not too overpowering while the amber lights set the tone just right.

It’s exactly what one would expect to see from a Korean restaurant – or so I imagine. That, coupled with the welcoming staff, and the unblemished and clean interiors, paved the way for a very enjoyable night.

Like other Asian dishes, Korean food aims to help maintain the health of the person. Through time, the kimchi preparation technique is passed on from one generation to another.

The banchan served at the beginning of the meal is not of a huge selection but it is sufficient and tasty.
