The Sultanate’s Supreme Committee on Covid-19 has decided to remove all prohibitions in all areas and for all activities.
This includes all activities, including the wearing of masks, social distancing measures, and restrictions on the number of people in public places.
The committee advised residents to continue taking preventive health measures if they develop respiratory symptoms, to stay at home, and to use a mask if they come into close contact with people.
It recommended everyone to follow the preventive measures, especially the elderly, those with chronic conditions, and those with immunodeficiency.
Supreme Committee emphasized the importance of citizens and residents taking the vaccination booster shot, as well as the positive role of government, business, and civil entities in dealing with preventive measures and the contributions they played in limiting the pandemic’s spread.
