The DMW Mobile App is a digital solution designed for Overseas Workers (OFWs). This innovative app is a comprehensive mobile platform to enhance your overseas journey, providing essential services such as securing your OFW Pass. This is to inform you that OFW Pass OTP will be sent to your registered email.
Pilot testing has been started in 10 countries, these countries are:
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Qatar
- Hongkong
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Oman
- Japan
- Taiwan
- and the United Kingdom (UK)
Unfortunately, many OFW’s are having difficulties to login in the app, the issue of OTP – where in the user is not recieving on their mobile phones.
To address this issue, DMW released an advisory last July 31, 2023, states that:
Good news KABAYAN!
Natapos na ng ating DMW Technical Team ang system at maintenance upgrade sa DMW Mobile App – OFW Pass. Simula ngayong ang One-Time Password (OTP) authentication ay ipadadala na sa inyong registered email.
Maaari na nating ipagpatuloy ang PILOT TEST RUN sa PILIPINAS at sa mga sumusunod na bansa. Pakihanda na rin ang nakasaad na ID requirement para sa pag-proseso ng OFW Pass.
1. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – entry Visa, valid IQAMA
2. United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Residence Card o Emirates ID
3. Singapore (SG) – Work Permit SPass o EPass
4. Hongkong (HK) – ID Card, Permanent ID Card
5. Malaysia (MY) – ID Card, Permanent Residence Card
Dagdag na good news! Kasama na rin ang mga bansang ito:
6. Qatar – Residence Permit, Visa
7. Oman – ID Card, Residence Card
8. Taiwan – Alien Resident Card
9. Japan – ID Card, Residence Card, Visa
10. United Kingdom (UK) – Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) for work Visa holders, Residence Permit Visa
Kabayan, paalaala lang po. Dahil dumami na ang bansang kasama sa PILOT TEST Run ng DMW Mobile App, maaaring makaranas pa rin ng kabagalan sa response time.
Hiling pa rin namin ang inyong pang-unawa habang ipinabubuti pa namin ang response time. Alam naming gusto-gusto na ninyong ma-testing ang Mobile App at OFW Pass.

As per the advisory, the OTP will be sent to the registered email. Check your registered email.
The registered email mentioned in the advisory is the email that you use in DMW E-registration. If you don’t have an account yet in the E-Registration, you can signup from this link: https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices.
Make sure that the DMW Mobile App is updated and check your spam folder in your email in case you don’t find the OTP that is being sent.
