As part of the expansion of public transport network in the Governorate of Muscat, Mwasalat have announce a new bus route that will start from May 18, the Mawaleh North – Al Khuwayr (Route 8).
The route cover will pass through a number of vital institutions and attractions frequented by many people.
Higher College of Technology, Al Khuwair 33, Al Ghubra, Athaiba Health Center, Al Mouj and Al Mawali North are just a few of the places that the new route will travel.
As an OFW, this announcement of new route is a big help to me and to our kababayans, it will bring relief to those who are having their weekly dayoff.
Using new buses, the service will be operated every 30 minutes from 6am on weekdays and public holidays, and the public can buy tickets from the bus.
Buses will have separate section for families and women, people with special needs and free Wi-Fi is available.
Mawasalat has urged everyone to use public transport buses because of their economic, social and environmental importance to the individuals and society.
