iRehistro for Overseas Voters

The Philippine Embassy in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman is calling upon all Filipinos living in Oman to take an active part in the upcoming 2025 National Elections in the Philippines. The Embassy strongly encourages all eligible Filipinos to register as overseas voters to exercise their right to vote and make their voices heard.

To make the registration process easier and more accessible, the Embassy recommends using the iRehistro facility link provided below to accomplish the overseas registration form. This online platform is a user-friendly and efficient tool that allows overseas Filipinos to complete the registration form at their convenience, without the need to physically visit the Embassy.

Once the form has been completed online, Filipinos are then required to physically submit the form to the Philippine Embassy in Muscat for processing. The Embassy is committed to facilitating the registration process for overseas voters and ensuring that the voting rights of Filipinos living abroad are upheld.

Therefore, if you are a Filipino citizen living in Oman, please take advantage of this opportunity to register as an overseas voter and contribute to the democratic process of the Philippines. Follow the link provided, complete the registration form, and submit it to the Philippine Embassy in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, today.

For further queries on the matter, you may send an email at muscatpe@dfa.gov.ph or call (+968) 2460-5143/5335.
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code.

After encoding all the needed information, please save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 form on your device and print it on A4-sized paper. This printout will serve as your OVF1 form, which you still need to personally submit at the nearest OV registration site for the processing of your application as per Sec. 6 of Republic Act No. 10590.

No personal data will be saved or retained on any server after using iRehistro. In case you delete or lose the system-generated PDF file, you will have to repeat the process to generate another OVF1 form.
