IATF allows international arriving Filipino passengers who recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the pre-departure RT-PCR test

Acting Presidential Spokesperson Karlo Nograles says in the Laging Handa Press Briefing on Friday, January 21, 2022, that overseas Filipinos who have recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the pre-departure RT-PCR test may be allowed to enter the Philippines subject to the following requirements:
