COVID-19 PCR test is required for passengers with temperature above 38°C

The Oman Airports said on Thursday that all passengers with a temperature of 38° C or higher will be required to undergo a COVID-19 diagnostic test (PCR).

In a statement issued by Oman Airports said passengers can only travel after checking the result.

“Travelers with a temperature of 38°C or above will be asked to take a COVID-19 PCR test, and check the result before traveling.”

Oman Airports also barred those coming to meet and greet the passengers except for those with special needs. “Meeters and greeters are not allowed inside the terminal except for those accompanying travelers with special needs,” the statement added.
