The Philippine Embassy in Muscat informs the public that pursuant to Section 42 of COMELEC Resolution No. 100217, the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) for Oman and the CLOV for Seafarers for the 2019 Philippine National and Local Elections is now posted at the bulletin board of the Consular Section and at the Embassy’s website through the following link: CLOV for Oman and SEAFARER or you can view it below:
