After-care Financial Assistance for COVID-19 infected OFW – OWWA Member

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office Muscat (POLO – OWWA) on Sunday has released an advisory no. 05, Series of 2021 the After-care Financial Assistance for COVID-19 infected OFWs that are OWWA Member.

The advisory that was posted on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/POLOmuscat) reads as follows:

“Please be advised that all qualified COVID-19 Infected OFW OWWA members can claim an After-care Financial Assistance from POLO-OWWA.

Who are qualified to apply?

  • COVID-19 infected acquired in Oman; and
  • OFWs with active or inactive OWWA membership.

What are the Requirements?

  • Clear scanned copy of the following:
  • PCR Test result in Oman with stamp and signature and printed in the letterhead of the issuing clinic or hospital; Copy of Passport information page with signature;
  • Front and back copy of Labor Card;
  • Valid visa stamped in the passport;
  • Last departure stamp from the Philippines on passport;
  • Latest arrival stamp in Oman on passport.

How to submit your requirements?

Kindly submit all the above-mentioned requirements thru email at owwamuscatcovid19@gmail.com.

NO WALK-IN SUBMISSIONS shall be entertained at POLO.

Please note that only the application with complete documentary requirements will be processed. The release of financial assistance is also subject to the availability of funds.
