Cebu Pacific has announced in their official Facebook page eight special flights for Filipinos in the UAE. These special or bayanihan flights are set on the following dates: September 4, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29.
Special Commercial Flights from Dubai to Manila

Cebu Pacific mounts more Bayanihan flights from Dubai to Manila this coming September 2021. Passengers on these flights will get a limited free baggage allowance on their check-in baggage and free meals.
Guests are required to present negative RT-PCR test results, taken within 48 hours before departure, among other travel guidelines.
